The Arkansas Silverbacks will host the North Texas Panthers for the first round of TUFL Playoffs Saturday, May 20, 2018 at 7 pm. 

To our fans and family that have supported us all season long. Due to matters beyond both our and The Timberhawks control the game was cancelled. We have finished our regular season with a record of 6-2 and are awaiting playoff seeding that will be announced in the next two weeks. Thank you again to everyone that has cheered us on in our inaugural season in the Texas United Football League and we look forward to your support as we make a deep run in the playoffs for the the Championship. 

The Arkansas Silverbacks will host their final home regular season game this Saturday April 22 at 7pm. The Silverbacks will enter the game with a 4-2(4-1) record and tied for first in the North East Division with the Paris Stars. The Crusaders will enter the game with a 2-7(0-4) record. Both teams did not play on last week so their players will be rested and ready for a good hard-hitting explosive game. The edge on paper will go to the Silverbacks but they are not underestimating the Crusader. The silverbacks will have to contend with the speedy backfield of the Crusaders and elusive quarterback. The front four of the Crusaders has been shown to present great pressure on opposing quarterbacks. The offensive line of the Silverbacks will have to keep their head on the swivel as this front four loves to stunt through different gaps. This final game at home will determine if the Silverbacks enter the playoffs next month as the number 1 or number 2 seed and host or have to travel for the playoffs. 

Tonight's game was called due to the league not supplying any referees to oversee the game. The Timberhawks provided excuse after excuse and even wanted to be spotted some points. Head coach and owner Patrick Patterson was about to be in agreement with their demands as a referee was put together. The Timberhawks yet did not want to play and the Timberhawks refusal to play a conference game results in a forfeit win for the Silverbacks.
