HOME RUNS:

Field 172: 

• High tide: In the ocean, not touching waves, fully in the water. Waves is a double and a "Ground-rule" is a double. An outfielder can catch a home run, but if it's far out, it is a home run. The umpire decides if it is an out or not.
• Low tide, or around halfway: Umpire must make a line where the home run is, at relatively high tide. Anything beyond that is a home run, and a bouncer into the water is a "Ground Rule Triple." An out fielder can catch a home run, before first bounce. The umpire must leave a line that people can catch it before it is ruled a home run. 

A Court Beach: 

• On the roof of the Cabanas, inside the cabana is an umpires call. 

Abandoned (Racquetball) Court:

• Over the fence is a home run.

Tennis Courts:

• Over the fences are home runs.
