All coaches must submit the following BEFORE the first practice -

• Child Abuse Clearance 
• PA Background Check
• FBI Fingerprinting (only if you've lived in PA for less than 5 years)
• Coach Application
• Coach Code of Conduct

YCFF

The following are needed for each player for the 2017 season-

• Completed Registration Form
• Payment in Full
• Player Code Of Conduct
• Parent Code of Conduct
• NFL Flag Football Terms & Conditions

All must be completed and submitted by the players first practice.  Player will not be able to participate until all forms are completed and submitted.  All can be submitted online, in person.
