Inside-Outside Location Drills
I love the first drill, it really stresses being settled into your load early enough and then reacting to what tee that your going to hit off. It really resembles jumping hard on and inside fastball, or waiting on a changeup and driving the ball middle or oppo. the second drill he does soft toss which I obviously don't like. With that said, I really like what he says, and what he's trying to teach about staying in your load and not reacting until the ball leaves the pitchers hand. I think we could do this drill via front toss and actually have a better effect. The guy has some great points, and I like what he's trying to teach.
