President's Message
Welcome and thank you for viewing the Rancho Dominguez Lobos website. We are a nonprofit organization. Our mission is to make an impact educationally, personally and athletically on all children from every walk of life. Rancho Dominguez Lobos are proud members of the SOCAL AAU WEST CONFERENCE
My name is Deon Johnson. It is an honor to serve as the president of the Rancho Dominguez Lobos Football and Cheer. On behalf of the board, I welcome you to the Lobos family. It is our goal is to provide parents and their athletes with the best possible experience that youth football and cheer has to offer. I look forward to meeting and talking to each of you throughout the season. I encourage and invite each of you to contribute to the Rancho Dominguez program utilizing whatever skills in which you specialize.
I cannot express enough what a worthwhile investment allowing your athlete to participate in the Rancho Dominguez Youth Football and Cheer Program is toward his/her future. Your athlete will learn fundamental football, cheer and life skills that will remain with them through the course of their lives. Working alongside their peers to achieve a common goal will instill pride, discipline and sportsmanship. Additionally, it will inspire accountability which coincides with respect for authority, their peers and most importantly for themselves.
Reaching our goal will require dedication from board members, coaches, athletes and parents. There will be times when it will seem as if you have no more to give that is when we will rely on each other to solidify the commitment. I can assure you that the results of the hard work given will affirm your reasons for choosing the Rancho Dominguez Lobos Football and Cheer Program. Together we are creating life long memories that the board members, coaches, parents and athletes will cherish.
I sincerely thank you for your commitment. You have my heartfelt promise that I am dedicated to your athlete’s success educationally, personally and athletically.
Deon Johnson,
Rancho Dominguez Lobos
President
