    Our retail headquarters is located at 798 Route 34, just north of the Buttonwood Manor. At the new headquarters in Matawan, visitors will see at least three ponds on the property, a recreation of the lauded "Secret Garden" from the 2007 Flower Show and an indoor/outdoor display that is an inviting garden lover's sanctuary for the community. One pond will remain in constant transition,and will act as GROUNDS KEEPER'S "teaching pond"as part of their goal of making their new home a place for knowledge and education,as well as a source for landscape and water gardening design/build from conception to completion.

    Directions: Route 18 south to the exit ramp for Rt. 36, East, Monmouth Mall. Take Rt. 36 East approximately 1 mile to Rt. 35 South. Go approximately 1 mile on 35 South and turn right on Industrial Way West and then almost immediately turn left into parking lot @ One Industrial Way West. Building B is the second building to your left. Office entrance is on the west side of Building B. Look for "Dr. Frantz - HealthCare for Life" sign in front of building entrance.

    Dr. Frantz is a Diplomat of the American Academy of Family Medicine, trained at the world renowned Mayo Clinic.

    As a primary care physician, Dr. “Millie” Frantz focuses on the entire body, ranging from sports injuries, joint injections, arthritis pain, full physicals, sick visits and preventative medicine.

    Appointments are usually accommodated within 24 hours of a request. Most insurance accepted.
