General Rules / Umpire Fees
:Coaches are responsible for checking their game times
:Game Times are subject to change without notification, please check for updates
:Game times posted show starting and ending times, please look carefully
:Home team is official book
:If Home team does not have a accurate book umpire will go to Visitors book
:if both teams do not have a book the umpire will make his best judgement
:Coaches are responsible for having a copy of their players birth certificates available
:Open pitching for tournament
:Each team supplies there own baseballs
:Batting Lineups can be 9 or more / DH is allowed for high school divisions
:No changes to lineups after game has started
:Courtesy runner must be a sub if sub is available
:If team has 2 subs or more, 1 must be allocated for a pitcher and 1 for the catcher
:If team has only 1 sub he can run for pitcher and catcher
:If team is batting entire lineup, courtesy runner will be last out
:With 2 outs in the inning it is mandatory to courtesy run for the catcher
:A game can start and finish with 8 players
:If playing with 8 players the 9th batter will be a out every scheduled at bat
:all players must be on the online roster
:a player may play on 2 teams in different age divisions (but can only pitch in 1 division-for divisions 12u and down)
:if a player is on 2 rosters in the same division, he will only be eligable to play with the team he first plays with in the tournament
:example- if the player takes his first at bat with team A on Saturday. That player must stay with Team A for the entire tournament (no exceptions)
:each team supply 2 good leather baseballs at the start of each game
:offensive team is responsible to go after their own foul balls
:a player may NOT play on 2 different teams in the SAME division
:Inning will be completed after time has expired
:Seeding games can end in a tie game
:Elimination games must have a winner
:Elimination game tie breaker (California Rules / bases loaded 1 out)
:California Rules will be bases loaded with 1 out
:First out of the last inning will be placed at first base, 2nd out at 2nd base, and 3rd out at 3rd base for tie breakers
:Game times can be modified according to tournament director before start of game
:Protest can be made, $100 fee must be paid at the time of the protest in cash only
:If protest is lost the fee will not be returned
:If protest is won the fee will be returned
:Only manager can approach the umpires for a ruling or a question
:Managers are responsible for there teams, coaches, and fans
:Teams must be ready to play on time
:Teams are asked to warm up outside of field
:Please make sure your pitchers and catchers are ready and dressed properly
:Games will start promptly 15 minutes after the end of the game before
:Coaches please be aware that games could run ahead of time due to run rule from a game before
:a players age will be defined by May 1st cutoff date
:3 coaches allowed per dugout
:All bats must be in dugout while team is on defense
:Teams are responsible for cleaning out dugouts
:All bats must have a 1.15 bat stamp
:Run Rules
:10 runs after 4th inning
:each team on Saturday will have a home and away game (no flipping)
:please take care of umpire fee before game
:Seeding will go as follows
Wins/Loss/Ties/Runs allowed/Runs scored
:Championship Game will have NO time limit, game will be played in 7 innings for 14u and up / 6 innings for 12u and under
:Please turn in your team roster to site director
:Coaches are responsible for having players birth certificates if asked for

:8u $15
:10u,12u, 13u, 14u $30 if 2 umpires / $20 if 1 umpire
:16u and 18u $40 if 2 umpires / $20 if 1 umpire

8u Coach Pitch Rules
: 10 players play on field
: if team only has 9 players the 10th batter is not out, the lineup will just turn
: 3 swings is a strike out
: 5 pitches total
: if on 5th pitch there is no swing batter is out
: unlimited fouls
: open bat
: intentional walk is allowed but only a player can only be walked 1 time per game
: 5 runs Max per inning
: the 5th inning is the last inning and it will be open
: if coach pitcher is hit it will be a dead ball and all the runners return to their base
:age classes in this age division will be played from last year's cut off. Only in the coach pitch division. -
10u / 12u Divisions
: umpire fee is $35 per game
: if the 3rd strike is dropped it will be a live ball and the batter will be live
: open bat
: closed bases
: no curve balls in 10u division
: base runners will be allowed to steal after ball crosses home plate -
13u Intermediate Division 50/70
: $30 umpire fee

14u Division
: bases will be played at 90ft
: pitching mound will be at 60ft 6in

16u / 18u Division
: $40 umpire fee
: BB Core or Wood Bat
