Sage Park, Berlin
GPS: Suranna Drive, Berlin, CT
The park is located on the Berlin Turnpike directly across from the Pine Loft cafe. Drive into the park and follow the main road. There will be a football field on your left as your drive up the bend. At the fork, turn right into the parking lot. You should see a baseball field on your right. Drive into the parking lot and drive towards the far left end corner. There are two softball fields located there numbered #1 and #2. Sage #1 is the field that has the batting cage nearby and has dugouts, and lights. Sage #2 is the far side field, and is closer to the pavilion.
FROM I-91N or I-91S to Route 15 (BERLIN TURNPIKE)
Sage Park is located on the east side (northbound lane) of the Berlin Turnpike approximately 1.2 miles south of its intersection with Route 9. If you are traveling southbound, make the turnaround when you see the fire station on your left after passing the Sage Park entrance sign.
ROUTE 9 SOUTH
Take exit 22 off of Route 9 North (Mill Street) and proceed to the traffic light at the end of the ramp and head straight. The ramp will then lead you around a bend, then stay to the right to merge onto Route 15 (Berlin Turnpike). Make the turnaround when you see the fire station on your left after passing the Sage Park entrance sign.
ROUTE 9 NORTH
Take exit 22 off of Route 9 North (Mill Street) and proceed to the traffic light at the end of the ramp. Turn right at the light. At the next light, turn right (passing under Route 9 underpass). At your next light, turn left onto the ramp. The ramp will then lead you around a bend. Stay to the right to merge onto Route 15 (Berlin Turnpike). Make the turnaround when you see the fire station on your left after passing the Sage Park entrance sign.
