SALISBURY PARK

Hempstead Turnpike heading east, make a left on Carman Avenue. The field is 1.5 miles down on the right. It's on the corner of Carmen Ave. and Salisbury Park Drive (just past the jail). From Hempstead Turnpike going west, make right on Carman Avenue. Carman Avenue is one block west of Nassau County Medical Center. ( if coming from northern state go south on Meadowbrook to Hempstead turnpike east or from southern state to Meadowbrook go north on Meadowbrook to Hempstead turnpike east)
