- Take I-84 East to I-91 South, follow until Exit 28 (Route 5 & 15 Berlin Turnpike.)
- Take FIRST exit off Rt. 5 & 15 (Silas Deane Highway.)
- At end of ramp, take RIGHT.
- At first traffic light, take LEFT onto Jordan Lane.
- At end of street, take RIGHT onto Hartford Ave.
- As you come to the cove, bear LEFT onto State Street.
- DMV is on your LEFT, park in the lot, fields next to the lot.
