• Homecoming Oct 28th- Parade Day is Monday Oct 24th. Step off is 6:pm at Legacy Church of Christ (across the street from the high school) Decorating: per notes.....last year Carol and Scott Brandt provided trailer? Need decorating day? each player needs to bring a bag of candy with no chocolates or nuts
• Tournament Drinks and Snacks- Tournament season has kicked off, need volunteer to purchase snacks
• Sponsors- Personal or business are requested- $50 to sponsor a hole at Birdville Invitational Monday Oct 17th @ Iron Horse, $100 will sponsor a hole at the Birdville Invitational and an advertisement ticker on the webpage
• Fundraising Ideas- Golf night @ Chipotle (50% of earnings go to golf team), Brahmas Night (50% of earnings go to golf team) also can be a team social.....next agenda item, panera bread, KrispyKreme (traditional donut sales, value cards,certificates,packaged coffee), Allstate Ins. (donate $10 to organization for each free, no obligation quote)
