GAME CANCELLED??? This is what you need to do:

Coaches you are in charge of cancelling your home games.

To cancel a home game, please contact the following people:

1. The opposing coach (obviously!)

2. Larry Ellison (umpires) at 419-467-9173

4. Amanda Stump (concessions) at 419-346-5814

5. Your players/parents. Please contact your concession rep. first so that if it

is your team’s week to work concessions they can begin calling workers.

If you want to re-schedule a game, please do the following:

·        Contact Jon Hockenberry (419-779-1272) to check on field availability. All rescheduling must go through him despite what the website calendar may show.

Once you have secured a field, continue calling…

1. The opposing coach

2. Call Jon Hockenberry back to confirm date

3. Your players/parents
