 Recreation Basketball

Recreation basketball is a fun and developmental program focused on building both individual skills and team strategy in a supportive and instructional environment. It is open to children in grades 3 through 8 and provides a great opportunity for players of all experience levels to learn, grow, and enjoy the game. In addition to learning the rules and fundamentals of basketball, players will develop important life skills such as teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship. Teams will have regular practices and will compete in games against other towns within Sussex County. The season runs from December through mid-March, offering a full schedule of practices and games to keep players active and engaged throughout the winter months.

3rd and 4th Grade Girls - 3rd and 4th Grade Boys - 5th and 6th Grade Girls - 5th and 6th Grade Boys - 7th and 8th Grade Girls - 7th and 8th Grade Boys

2nd Grade Clinic

The second grade clinic is a basketball program designed to introduce young players to the fundamentals of the game in a fun and supportive environment. The focus is on developing basic skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and defensive techniques through age-appropriate drills and activities. The clinic emphasizes learning proper form, building confidence, and fostering a love for the game. It is a great way for young athletes to begin their basketball journey while developing coordination, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
