Our Mission:

The Litchfield Park Baseball Academy is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing our athletes an opportunity to develop their skills, character, and respect for each other and competition.  We will provide a supportive and positive environment through teamwork, solid fundamentals, and personal achievement. 

We strive to improve our youth athletes through life lessons learned during challenging and rewarding experiences on and off the field.  We will recruit and train select individuals to be players, coaches, and mentors committed to athlete development through fair play, drills, training, and positive supportive principles. 

The benefits of athletes playing more than one sport is proven, and we will encourage our athletes to play more than one sport.  No athlete will be penalized for having other commitments that cause them to miss a practice or tournament.
