As always, we run a break-even program where every penny that is paid out, collected, and fundraised goes back into the program in some capacity. Each player is responsible for a fee of $400.00 and a minimum of one sponsorship. We will also organize fundraisers among the teams to bring in extra money as needed.

Notice: There will be no refunds of the player fee if a player decides not to follow through with the day to day activities of the program. Exceptions will be handled on a case to case basis, but we will uphold this policy more often than not.

The player fee covers the following items: Team Insurance, NCAA Coach Background Checks, Team Memberships, Tournament Entry Fees, Team Uniforms, and other items as funds allow.

At least half of the fee must be paid before a player can participate in the first tournament. The other half is due prior to the second tournament. Of course, we prefer that the fee be paid sooner so that we can have funds available up front for many of the items that need taken care of before we play in tournaments.
