There will be a message on the Park District weather Hot Line if all games will be cancelled or delayed due to weather or field conditions. Announcements on the weather Hot Line will be updated by 3:45pm during weekdays and 9am Saturdays. Do not call before those times. Please call 708-258-0562 and not the park district office. Managers and Coaches will not be notified; it's their responsibility to check the Park District weather Hot Line and contact each team player when a game is cancelled or delayed.

The Peotone Park District maintains all fields and notifies Peotone Softball when the fields are not playable. Games may be postponed due to field conditions early in the day. Do not scrimmage or practice on the fields on these days; this may worsen the condition of the fields, even after a day of sun and wind.
