·        Any ball hit fair over the fence before opposing team reaches 3 or during the "One Up" rule, is an OUT.

8. Courtesy Runner - One courtesy runner may be used per inning

·        IF a runner is needed before an out is made during the current inning, it's last BATTED out LAST inning, once an out is made in the current inning, it's LAST out THIS inning.

·        If courtesy runner is needed in first inning, use the last batter in the lineup if NO outs are made, otherwise its LAST out THIS inning again.

·        If a courtesy runner happens to be on base & it’s his turn to bat, ORIGINAL runner will return to the base to run & the courtesy runner will bat

·        If the batter who needed a courtesy runner bats again in the same inning and gets on base again, he can request a courtesy runner again, so basically, that batter can get a courtesy runner as many times as he needs in that inning.

·        Any team needing an extra player or players may only use those players ONE time.

·        A team having 8 or more players is NOT eligible to pick up any extra players.

Game Time Limit - will we keep games at 90 minutes long, which means if the game is running close to that time limit, we complete the inning the game is in and the game will be over - example, visiting team is winning in the 6th inning, home team will get their at bats in the bottom of the 6th and the game is over if they fail to at least tie the game or score enough runs to win the game

17. Extra Innings - If a game goes into extra innings, teams will place their last batted out from the prior inning on second base, this will give both teams a better chance to get runs in to end the game quicker.
