- Must be 18 years of age to play (no exceptions)
- All division are non - checking
- At a minimum, a half shield must be worn by all players.
- Teams must supply their own jerseys. All players must have a matching jersey in color as well as a visible permanent number (no tape) or they will not be permitted to play. If the opposing team, in conjunction with the referee's deem a players jersey to be too similar to their own, they will not be allowed to play.
- Any subs must show proof of registration for USA Hockey, and must sign a waiver for Ice-Land before each game.
- Players who loan their jersey out to another non-registered player without making note of it on the roster (if say in a sub situation) they will be held responsible for that player's actions, and if caught, the player will be suspended 1 game.
- Fighting will not be tolerated and will result in a 5 game suspension.
- If a player receives 2 major penalties in the same game or 3 major penalties across 3 games, that player will be suspended from the next game.
- Each team is required to have 50% of team fees paid by 2nd game or date provided at registration. For Winter 2018-19 season, final payment due by Nov 18th 2018
- A player must play in half minus 1 of the regular season games in order to be eligible to play in the playoffs and championship.
- Players will be able to play in more than one division, however if it is deemed that the individual is playing "down" a division, they will be removed from the lower division. (If a new team is made or could be made from players playing in multiple divisions, special discounts could apply for expanding the league's depth.)
- An A league player MAY NOT play in C league.
- If a team leaves the locker room in a state of cleanliness less than that which they found it, the team will be fined.
