Constitution of The Metro Moncton Slo-Pitch League

1. Name: The League shall be known as the "Metro Moncton Slo-Pitch League" or "MMSPL".

2. Executive:

2(a) The League Executive shall be made up of the following positions:

2(a) 1. President 2. Vice President 3. Secretary - Treasurer 4. Divisional Directors

2(b) The Executive shall be elected at a time and place set by the Executive using the following format:

2(b) 1. The President and Vice President shall be elected on even number of years. The Secretary-Treasurer on the odd number of years.

2(b) 2. The Executive shall deal with the day to day business of the MMSPL.

2(b) 3. 50% + 1 of the registered teams must be in attendance before an annual meeting can be called.
