Go to the Downloaded Document tab. Click on the Scholarship application for the form. The form includes details and information needed to apply for financial assistance.

Requirements:

1. We will use the TANIF requirements for scholarship eligibility, which are based on school lunches.

2. All participants will pay $50 application fee before the application is processed.

3. All participants will be required to sell the fundraiser. First participant is required to sell 25 items, with each additional participant on the scholarship application is required to sell 10 additional items.

4. All participants will be required to sign contract agreeing to participate fully in practices, games and other required activities through the season. If not met, participant will not be able to apply next year. Example - If you are awarded a scholarship, you must complete the season.

Scholarship aid is provided as follows:

Full Scholarship (Qualifies for free lunch.)

Football:

• Registration Fee + game uniform will be covered.
• Participants are responsible for helmet, shoulder pads, practice gear, mouthguards and cleats.
• If equipment assistance or practice gear is needed, we may be able to help with donated items or a Dicks Sporting Goods Sponsorship.

Cheer:

• Registration + Skirt + Skirt + Crop and Brief (only these items are covered, any additional items are the responsibility of the cheerleader.
• Can buy used warm-ups, poms, bag if available.
• If equipment assistance or practice gear is needed, we may be able to help with donated items or a Dicks Sporting Goods Sponsorship.

Partial Scholarship (Qualifies for reduced lunches.)

Football and Cheer:

• Pays $70 toward registration fee
• Participants are responsible for all other equipment and uniform.
• If equipment assistance or practice gear is needed, we may be able to help with donated items or a Dicks Sporting Goods Sponsorship.

Fundraisers are a great way to assist with the costs of participation. Ask for details!!!
