Team Waiver Process

Generally, all teams will be formed from within any one clubs membership.

Recognizing that this is a transition season, and there are previously established teams comprised of players from multiple BSD attendance areas. A simple waver process between clubs has been setup to support keeping players together or with their current coach, if so desired by parents.

Once the waiver is approved, the player will register with the club their desired teams head coach is now associated with.

Head coaches of a previously established team will be organized under and associated with the member club that provides service to their son or daughters based on location of residence.

Player Waiver Policy ( from TVYLL By-Laws)

If any student wishes to participate for a Member other than where the student resides the student shall be required to have a waiver. The waiver is within the sole discretion of the presidents of the two Members at issue and must be signed by the president of the Member where the student resides and the president of the Member where the student would like to participate. Inter-association waivers must be fully completed and approved prior to March 1st of the then Operating Year, and a copy of the signed waiver must be delivered to the TVLAX Secretary before the first practice for the affected player.
