Banquet 

• Banquet – Senior parents to organize; others to support
• Parents: Team Gift selection, purchase, distribution
• Captains: ‘gift’ selection & presentation to freshmen
• Captains: gift presentation to coaches

• Names, banners on pool walls, in balcony, etc.

Photography

• Starting @ summer practice & Pre Season Meet!

  Coordinate DVD/Slide show for banquet 

Communications

• Website 
• Local Papers & Inquirer – Sports editors & photographer requests. Liaison, send email updates on games, website, etc.
• Water Polo: 2 Statisticians for boys/girls teams; timely posting on website
• Liaison with GPWP, WCAC, etc.
• Liaison with WSD: Athletic Director, WMS facilities, WHS administration

• Assist coaches with biographies & team descriptions for programs at Tournaments, Divisionals and States; ensure publication

• Suits – ordered in time for season! Coordinate with coaches & AD Office.
• Seniors organize
• T-shirts                      
• Hoodies
• Pants/shorts              
• Parkas, Jackets
• Parents’ clothing - T-Shirts (bright colors for meets), nice Polo shirts (dark blue?)

Food and Social

• Parent Social - hosted by Senior parent to meet parents without chlorine air.
• Breakfasts – SENIOR Parents to organize; all to contribute (pre season)
• Pasta parties - SENIOR Parents to organize; all to contribute (4X)
• Senior Recognition (last Home match/meet) – JUNIORS & Parents. Cakes & drinks, Balloons, banners, Gifts (contributed by whole team), Senior parent recognition @ ceremony – flowers
