FUNDRAISING GUIDELINES
1. Fundraising Booths at Acworth Tournaments: Last Saturday of Rec Ball Season, Rec Ball Tournament, Lake City Classic, USSSA/Travel Tournaments, District Tournaments. Please see the tournaments section on the website for availability. Reservations should be made to ScHeduling Director Cassie Petix and/or Dana Long. Please note that items should not compete with Concession Stand items. Duplicate items will not be approved. All Star teams will only be approved for Rec Ball dates, Lake City or District Dizzy Dean Tournaments. Travel Teams will only be approved for USSSA, Rec Ball, and Open Travel Tournament dates. One to three items per team will be approved.
2. For Kona Ice: You should check the scheduling website to see if someone else has requested Kona Ice for that date. If available e-mail your request to ABA first before contacting Kona Ice. Once approved by ABA, then contact Kona Ice. All Star teams will only be approved for Rec Ball dates, Lake City or District Dizzy Dean Tournaments. Travel Teams will only be approved for USSSA, Rec Ball, and Open Travel Tournament dates.
