Preface: “All references in this document to the masculine gender are to be construed as including the feminine gender as well.”

ObjectiveThe objective of the local By-Laws is to define and expand on the duties and procedures of our Local League.  The regulations and proceedings set forth in this document shall be the governing power of this Local League.  The Board of Directors will institute these By-Laws and in case of conflict with any other guidelines, these Local By-Laws will be followed.
