Tournament seeding is based on standings as of August 16.
Blue Division: Seeds 1, 4, 6, 7, 9, 12.
Red Division: Seeds 2, 3, 5, 8, 10, 11.

Eligible players must have played at least 8 games and be on the roster.
Field assignments are subject to change without notice, at any time, for any reason.
Teams must be prepared to resume play within 10 minutes of official notification.

Tournament is rain or shine. The first round starts at 8:30 AM SHARP on both days. The second round starts at 9:30 AM. After that, all other times are approximate and must start as soon as the field is available. There is no grace period. Game time is forfeit time. Game time after the first round is determined as follows:
- if a team is still playing, forfeit time is 15 minutes after their current game ends.
- if the field is still in use, forfeit time is 10 minutes after the conclusion of that game.
- if a game is forfeited, the next game on that field must start within 10 minutes.

All batters start with a 1-1 pitch count. The league provides one and only one game ball for each game. A coin toss determines home/away for every game, except semi-finals and finals. Confirm ground rules before every game. After the first inning, warmups are limited to 5 pitches. A new pitcher who has not yet pitched in the game is limited to 10 pitches. Immediately following each game, both teams must report the final score and number of innings played. Please do NOT remove any field equipment until the end of the day.

This is a no-protest tournament. (Actually, we dont care for whining, either!) All disputes must be resolved before play continues.

This is a divisional round-robin tournament. The top 2 teams from each division advance to a single-elimination semi-final. Red seed #1 plays Blue seed #2. Red seed #2 plays Blue seed #1. The league provides 1 umpire for semi-final games, 2 for the championship game. The higher seed teams are the home teams in the semi-final games. In the championship game, a 1 seed is always home against a 2 seed; but if the seeds are equal, a coin toss determines the home team.
