18U Orange Head Coach
Chris Healy
Coach Healy started playing baseball at the young age of 5 years old and played through his high school years. He began coaching baseball which transitioned over to softball as he watched his daughter play since the age of 6.
Chris has actively coached softball for the past 6 years.
His most memorable moment was when he helped lead the 12U Catoctin Dynamite through a 12 W 3 L season and they finished at second place in the Championship.
His 12U Frederick Little League won the 2016 Districts and went on to compete in the Maryland State Championship in Easton, MD.
The kids and watching them accomplish their goals is what inspires him to coach.
His goals for this season and seasons to follow are to identify players strengths and weaknesses, and improve player fundamentals. Inspire them to push themselves to grow everyday, both physically and mentally. To believe in themselves and always maintain a positive frame of mind, which will help make them better people, on and off the field.

Tim Murphy
Coach Murphy has throughly enjoyed the past few years helping coach, including having helped coach the majority of this year's team.
Over the past few years, Coach Murphy has been an assistant coach within Frederick County. This includes coaching at Araby 12U, Walkersville 12U, and Urbana 15U Rec Associations.
having helped coach under the guidance of Tom Brightshue at Maryland Aftershock 12U & 14U, Coach Murphy is looking forward to a productive first year as the head coach at the 16U level.

Tom Brightshue
Coach Brightshue is a proven and successful coach. He is the Head Coach for the Aftershock 14U and 18U programs and the organizational Pitching Coach. Coach Brightshue holds weekly training for all Aftershock pitchers and Catchers as well as training for Aftershock Team Pitching Coaches.
