• League meeting, Smithsburg Little Sluggers was held on September 6,, 20022 at 7pm at Lions Club park. It began at 7pm.

Old Business:

-Jess Roschili resigned as current treasurer. New treasurer to be appointed. Laurie Shifler will be temporary treasurer.

-Beer raffle wins: 1st place Daniel Zierk & 2nd place Laura Wallace.
-Grounds: Lions club will need dirt, sod and topsoil, must get town wavier signed

before work can be done on field. Needs home plate.
-Bingo and Beer fundraiser were both a great success.
-Equipment: All equipment will need to be turned in and will be inventoried. -Coaches will put scores on Facebook after games
-Fundraisers were discussed Sam is going to bring ideas to next meet. -Dates for upcoming season were tentatively discussed.
-October 29th Closing ceremonies for fall and field clean up.
-Bylaws need to be looked at
