We look to find a way to lift up a teammate, and never do or say anything intentionally that would be hurtful to anyone

We treat coaches, teammates, opponents, teachers, and officials with the same type of respect that they wish to be treated themselves.

We conduct oufselves in a manner that will promote respect, goodwill, and admiration of our character from everyone we come into contact with.  A positive image of a Lady Indian Basketball player is sought in everything we do.

We “leave it better than we found it” - bench, gym, people, program.

We do more than our fair share of the work.

We are concerned with being/doing our best so others can be their best -  example - we dedicate ourselves to hard work, individual improvement, team improvement, and put a high priority on maintaining excellent personal health and conditioning not ony for ourselves but our teammates. 

We don’t complain.  We practice thankfulness
