Neda Eaton: Varsity Head Coach

Neda Eaton played collegiate volleyball at Biola University where she was a 3-year team captain and holds the school record for the best assist percentage per game, as well as the record for the top 4 in assists in a season in school history. She played 2 years of professional volleyball for the PVL indoor league followed by a successful beach career. Her coaching experience includes head coach of boys volleyball at Brethren High School, assistant coach for Biola men’s club team and she currently coaches girls beach. Neda has a Masters degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University, is a member of the Board of Directors for the AVPFirst, the youth branch of the Association of Volleyball Professionals and President and CEO of the Irvine Public Schools Foundation. She is also a proud graduate of University High School.

Matthew Bell: F/S Head Coach

Coach Matt Bell grew up in Ventura California and loved playing both individual sports (surfing, skateboarding, and snowboarding) as well as team sports (soccer, baseball, volleyball, and basketball). He has been a high school teacher for over a decade and understands the importance of adolescents having a strong, positive adult role model in their life. He is excited to take on the role of coaching the Frosh/Soph volleyball team this year. His coaching philosophy is to focus on creating a strong team environment that allows each individual to grow to their potential.
