Coach Garver is in his first year as Head Baseball Coach at Vista Ridge High School. He spent the previous two years as an assistant with the Vista Ridge varsity. As well as coaching baseball Coach Garver serves as the freshman defensive coordinator for the Vista Ridge football program. Prior to coming to Vista Ridge, Coach Garver was the varsity assistant at Plano West Senior High School for 7 years with a 3 year stint at Plano Senior High School. Coach Garver has a BS in Kinesiology from University of North Texas. He is  has been married to his wife Moriah for 8 years and have twin 3 year old sons Maxton and McCoy. 

Varsity Assistant Coach - Ben Huffman

Coach Huffman is returning to Vista Baseball in 2019 for his third year as the varsity assistant and pitching coach.  As well as coaching baseball here at the Ridge. Coach Huffman is the varsity inside linebacker coach during football.  Before joining the staff at Vista Ridge, he was the Varsity Assistant at San Angelo Lake View High School.  Coach Huffman received his BS in Physics from Angelo State University.  

Coach Bailey is entering his 11th year of coaching at the high school level, and his 1st at Vista Ridge. He graduated from Texas Tech and earned his Masters in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine. He has been married for 11 years and has two children, Payton and Blake.

Coach Phil McCaslin is in his 9th year of coaching and teaching and first year at Vista Ridge.  He graduated from Texas A&M University in 2010 and has had coaching stops at Rudder, Longview Pine Tree,​ Rice Consolidated, and Bastrop Cedar Creek. He was married in May of 2016, and he and his wife Jenny and have a 18 month old daughter named Paige.
