Cole Kropnick scored the game winner in the 93rd minute, breaking a 1-1 tie that had stood since the 11th minute of the game.
The Trojans took a 1-0 lead in the eighth minute when Sam Hunt turned a Kropnick pass into a goal. Three minutes later, Radnor knotted the score.
Wissahickon keeper John Carrozza was credited with five saves.
The Trojans closed out their regular season with a 16-2 record (12-2 SOL).

Cheltenham hung tough against one of the best teams in the area, keeping it a game until the final seconds against Wissahickon at Cheltenham High School.
In the season finale, a game Cheltenham needed to win to advance to the District One playoffs, the Trojans were just too much offensively for the Panthers, whose season ended with an overall record of 9-7-2 and a conference mark of 8-5-1.
The Trojans received three goals from star senior Cole Kropnick, who connected for the 50th goal of a stellar career.  Kropnick's goals came in the 23rd, 48th and 71st minutes.  Ryan Becker also added a first half goal for the Trojans, scoring in the 37th minute.
Shane Fallen assisted on two of Wissahickon's goals, while Alec Schwartz assisted on one.
Eli Tomasic, Abe Austin and Jacob Smith all scored for Cheltenham in the losing effort.  Smith's goal was the first of his career.
Wissahickon is 15-2-0 overall and 12-2-0 in league play.

Wissahickon senior Cole Kropnick scored the game-winner in the 96th minute in the second overtime period to eke out a win over visiting Norristown. Shane Fallen contributed the assist.
The Trojans held a 21-6 advantage in shots. Keeper John Carrozza had four saves for the Trojans while his counterpart, Will Baltrus, had six.
The Trojans improved to 6-1-0 overall and 4-1-0 in conference play with the win, while the Eagles fell to 1-3-1 overall and in the conference.
