At the Milbank Ball Diamond Association we are dedicated to the development of our area youth through the games of baseball and softball. We believe that playing baseball and softball helps our area youth have fun and develop a sense of teamwork.

Program Supervisor: The Program Supervisor is responsible for creating and carrying out a daily program plan for each division of the MBDA youth program..  The Program Supervisor is also responsible for overseeing the Program Coaches to ensure that they are fulfilling their duties in relation to the daily program plan. The Program Supervisor reports to the MBDA board.

Program Coach: A Program Coach is responsible for carrying out tasks from the daily program plan for each division of the MBDA youth programs.  The Program Coaches report to the Program Supervisor.
