We are a “Faith Based, Christ Centered” Education Program that uses Sports as a “tool” to peak the interest of our participants/members. We've worked in the local School District for more than fifteen (15) years and learned that Sports and Recreation plays a major part in life of our youth. As you will see in our Mission Statement, we offer other services for our members and their families.
Our goal is to service as many At-Risk Youth and Teens as possible.
Our Creedo, “Our Ball Bounces Beyond The Court” reflect our mission statement.
Please view our site: www.manhassetallstars.com and you will see that our members does Volunteer Service work and we have an Education Director on Board to monitor their school work.
Please understand that we are not a “Basketball Program”, however, we use the sport of basketball to keep our members “off the streets”, assist with their education and provide a safe and positive environment. We Mentor and Monitor our members year-round.
We teach sportsmanship, skill development, and assure that our at-risk youth and teens are recognized and accepted as a means of ending their isolation Economically, Psychologically, and Physically.
We Hope and Pray that you are able to understand our goals and objectives and network with our program to help the youth in this community succeed in life.
The MANHASSET ALLSTARS, INC. is one of the largest Boys basketball programs in Central Florida. Since 1998 we've service more than 1,000 Boys & Girls ages 9u - 17u. We've service players from Lake, Seminole, Orange, Polk and Ocesola counties.
Our objectives are to assist in developing students athletes so they can have an impact in their communities and beyond. We address this with scripture in following Proverbs 16:3, which states, "Commit your activities to the Lord and your plans will be achieved." MANHASSET ALLSTARS, INC. believes that honoring Christ through every program detail is imperative to completing the goals that God deems successful. The consequences for striving to do right may not always result in winning games on the score board, but it will glorify the One who matters most.
Our Program will strive to lead our coaches and teams to prepare and compete with the kind of respect, attitude, responsibility and effort that will influence many. MANHASSET ALLSTARS believe that everyone involved in our Program has a special purpose and we will work diligently to assist them in fulfilling their goals and develop their talents academically and athletically to be better equipped to face the world with GOD by their side.

MAS is about “Teaching”. The program has always and will continue to accept student athletes who are not considered as “great players” and make them better. We accept kids that are “cut” from their teams and give them the confidence and training to be competitive. The one who did not fit the “ready to play” mode. “we are not trophy chasers”. We are a “Faith Based” program that believe that “your latter work exceeds the first”. (revelation 2:19)
Our goal is to develop and improve the life skills of our student athletes so they can be "the best they can be" in the classroom, on the court, succeed in a "Christ Centered" environment and become good citizens.
Thank You and God Bless!
