The O'Connor Eagles won the Division I State Championship tonight at ASU's Farrington Stadium with a 2-0 victory over rival Mountain Ridge.  WAY TO GO EAGLES!  You will remember this game and this team forever!!!

Final 2015 Season Record:  34W 7L

The Eagles have now completed their regular season and have achieved a #2 ranking in Division I for the State of Arizona.

The Eagles began the season by winning the championship of the Dorado Classic, beating the host Dorados of Canyon Del Oro High School in the championship game.  They worked hard to become a team and prepare for their section schedule, compiling a 17-4 record along the way.  When all section and freedom games were complete, the team finished with a 28-6 record, a 2nd place finish in Division I, Section I and a #2 State ranking.

The Eagles will be tested again in the State playoffs.  They will receive a 1st round bye due to their high #2 ranking, and will begin playoff action at their home field on Tuesday, May 5th.  Come on out and support the Eagles as they begin their road through the State Tourney.  They will not disappoint!
