PLAYER'S CODE OF CONDUCT

-Players are responsible for their actions at all times on and off the court. Any actions with a negative affect on his/herself, teammates, program or community will have severe consequences.

-Respect coaches, teammates, parents, and referees.

-Hold accountability for self performance, take responsibility for actions.

-Individual and team effort are required, QUITTING IS NOT ALLOWED!

-Playing time is earned through behavior, attitude, practice, and performance. Game minutes will be given and taken away based on those factors.

-Communicate with your coach first for any and all basketball related issues

-Do not allow basketball to interfere with off-court responsibilities such as family and education

-Try to be on time and prepared for practices and games

-WORK HARD,FOCUS,AND HAVE FUN!

PARENT'S CODE OF CONDUCT

-Win or lose, appreciate your child and team's effort, do not show disappointment give constructive criticism

-Be helpful, cheer for player/team, but no coaching from stands and no negative remarks towards players/coach

-Be completely honest about your child's athletic ability, competitive attitude, sportsmanship, and actual skill level

-Positive parental support and involvement enhances players growth and program quality

-Open communication and mutual respect among coaches, parents and players provide the foundation of a successful program

-A winning attitude comes from optimum preparation, concentrated effort, and deep commitment to excel by coaches, players, and parents

-Any and all issues with players, parents, and coaches need to be addressed in proper place at proper time so as not to be disruptive to the program as a whole( not immediately before, after, or during games and not to disrupt practices)

-Try as best as possible to communicate with the coach if your child will be late or absent for practice or games

-We as adults are prime examples to our children, any behavior that has a negative affect on the program will not be tolerated and can lead to removal of player and parent without reimbursement
