All names will be turned in 10 days before the event, the preference is 2 weeks. If you sign up with less than 10 days before the event, it is up to Aramark to let us know if they need you. Sorry not our rule.
Dress Code: Black Pants & Black Closed Toe Shoes.
No Shorts, No Leggings, No Spandex, No Capri Pants, No Bags or Backpacks. Clear Bags Only!
The report time on the calendar is the report time for Heinz. We typically meet 1 hour before report time at the parking lot across the street from the old Police Station. That means we meet 4 1/2 hours before the scheduled event for Car Pooling.
Must have valid driver's license or valid State ID.to enter Heinz Field on your scheduled work day!
ID Badges will be given to each worker if lost you will be charged $5.00 deducted from your account from your earnings. Heinz Field will deduct the $5.00 from our total earnings.
No large purses allowed. They need to be the size of a pouch. Heinz Field gives you inexpensive bags that are the size of a gallon size food storage bag with handles or you can purchase a better quality clear bag from Aramark (Heinz Field).
If you cancel less than 10 days prior to event, you will need to find your replacement who has been trained.
Payouts for Heinz Field are as follows:
The Payout is what Aramark Pays per person, we take the total that Aramark pays the BOOSTERS minus $30.00 for parking plus a GHOST person that goes to the Boosters.
Click the calendar tab which is located on left side of the Welcome Page for the complete list of events. On the bottom of the Welcome Page you will also find the another calendar with a listing of people planning to work that scheduled event, simply click on the event for the date to be sure you have been added to the scheduled, check back a few days later after you have contacted to be sure you are on the schedule.
