Class A

There was only one loss among ranked teams in Class A last week as fifth-ranked Lockwood, knocked off third-ranked Billings Central in overtime. The loss was just the second for the Rams in Class A competition.

Central lost to Billings Skyview twice, but has played well enough in Class A to stay ranked although 9-2 Columbia Falls is hot on their heels, having won four in a row after a 18-point loss to Ronan.

Dillon has been on a roll, losing only to Butte of Class AA. The Beavers have won nine straight games by double digits but that will that streak will be on the line Friday night against second-ranked Frenchtown, a team they just beat 49-32 a few weeks ago in Dillon.
