It is very important that volunteers arrive on time. The first hour is the busiest and we need to be fully staffed. If more than 5 minutes late, a volunteer may have to be replaced by a paid worker at the discretion of the Lead Official. Slots that are not filled by volunteers will have to be filled with paid help. We prefer to have all the fundraising go back to supporting the kids, that's why volunteering is so important.
