Volunteer Requirements
All volunteers participating in Dallastown Cougar Little League activities need to submit state background check documents, a Little League volunteer waiver, and a copy of their current drivers license.

Please submit these forms together, along with a copy of your driver's license, to your team's coach or directly to DCA's safety officer Dave Miller (davenkelly4795@comcast.net).
All forms will need to be submitted and approved before any volunteer can participate in team activities.
