All Topton Torpedo swimmers must have a current 2021 Topton Memorial Pool Membership. 

Pool passes can be purchased at the Topton Borough Offices located at 205 S Callowhill St in Topton. The Borough’s office hours are M-F 8:00 am - 4pm and they can be contacted at (610) 682-2541
