DAY 1 is the Evaluation/skill/metric day. Players will be assigned and put through a variety of positional specific testing metrics (infield, outfield, catcher, pitcher), as well as on the mound in bullpens being live streamed in HD by BFA Sports.  
 
DAY 2-3 will be our game days, with all games being live Broadcasted in HD with 3-Cameramen, 2-Play by play announcers, color commentators, On screen graphics and slow-motion instant replay.
 
300 College Coaches follow and watch everything that BFA Sports Broadcasts for college recruitment age players.  The purpose of this showcase is to give the college coaches exactly what they want to see without having to travel anywhere.  Live game footage and not just a showcase measurable video.
 
BFA Sports and MD USSSA Baseball have partnered together for this event.  We are the only ones in the country that are offering this type of an event with Live coverage. 
 
Showcase Video.  Every player will have the opportunity to pre-purchase a showcase video of every play, pitch and at-bat from the event prepared specifically for them for only $300 if purchased before the event.  $350 during or after the event.
 
Maryland's Top Fields & Stadiums.  Our entire showcase will be held on Turf fields at Harford CC, Calvert Hall, Blandair, Ironbird

The harsh reality is that only a small fraction of baseball players gets recruited at team tournaments in a NORMAL season because they can’t all be seen. Team tournament “showcase” games are too often spread out in large complexes containing up to six fields, spanning multiple days, and quite often in fact, separate venues all together across different cities/venues spreading the recruiting coordinators & assistant coaches very thin.  We will be at two fields with every game Broadcasted Live and an individual recruitment video with live game footage available for those that want it.  More live, in-game footage will be taken at this event than in the entirety of each of these players high school career, and 300+ college coaches will see you play in our games!  Make No Mistake.....  We are unique !!!

College coaches are not interested in your son’s HS or travel teams record, they are however specifically focused on evaluating individual skill sets that cannot always be evaluated in a team tournament or through stats.

Skills such as: Pitcher MPH and command, 60 yard running speed, Hitter exit velocity, Outfield arm strength/MPH/range, Infield arm strength/MPH/range, Catcher pop times & receiving.

We will provide the visibility of getting guaranteed Live game footage.   All of this while the showing all player individual player information (GPA, Grad Class, Ht/Wt, HS, Hometown & more). Last but not least, every player will receive an individual metrics post event to see where they compare to others in their class.

USSSA will be Broadcasting Live Games To 300+ Coaches, Fans & Scouts To Increase Your Exposure

College coaches need to see high school baseball players compete in live game situations in order to make the best and most informative decisions during the recruiting process. For this very reason, USSSA is 100% committed and dedicated to making sure that occurs this Fall & next Summer. Soon coaches will be making extremely important and final recruiting decisions. Decisions that will have a significant impact on the next four years of high school ballplayers across the nation.

When a coach sees a student-athlete compete in a baseball game, he is able to witness and evaluate the game's most important facet: the matchup and battle that takes place between the pitcher and batter. This is why, back in the early 2000s, the majority of coaches relied a lot less on a player's recruiting video and resume submission and instead focused their attention on attending showcase camps throughout the country.

Each event will include a Play-by-play announcer & a color commentator.  USSSA wants to ensure that all coaches watching the live event will be able to clearly identify and know which player(s) is on camera.

All viewers/coaches will see on screen graphics as well as radar.

The National Showcase also serves as the last and most important step in the USSSA All-State Games selection process, a game televised on our Network that includes the top rising high school Sophomore, Juniors & Seniors on the East coast.

 There will be Baseball Showcase merchandise (hats, shorts, and shirts) for sale

The honest opportunity

This is the most important part of our events. We want to make it clear to all players, parents, and everyone involved that we are NOT promising a scholarship, not promising you will get drafted , and not promising that you will dominate the event.

What we do promise is this. We promise to give you an honest opportunity to showcase yourself as a baseball player and a person to a large number of college coaches. We promise we will give you a professional and relaxed environment and help every athlete to perform at their absolute best during a nerve-wracking process. We promise to give you every promised opportunity to show how hard you've worked and the baseball player you are!
