R.I.C.E. your sore muscles...
R - rest
I - Ice for 20 minutes on, 1 hour OFF !!!! to avoid frost bite !
C - compression, wrap in an ace bandage only if needed
E - elevate, sit down with your legs slightly above your heart
Get at least 8 hours sleep, eat good carbohydrates for energy and protein to repair your muscles, you should also be drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water a day(that's 64-80 ounces,which is about 3-4 water bottles).
