The Wave Wrestling Program has been and will continue to be successful because of the leadership of our coaching staff.  You will find many excellent coaches at the Wave Program; however we would be remiss if we did not share some basic information about at least two of our coaches.  The coaches’ dedication to the sport of wrestling and their commitment to the character development of young men is something that makes the Wave Program unique.

Brian Baucke -Head Coach

Coach Baucke has been involved in wrestling for over 25 years, as a wrestler, coach, referee and on the TN State USA and AAU wrestling boards. He has spent years training wrestlers that have won State and National Championships at the youth and high school levels.  His wrestlers have succeeded as All-Americans and National Champions at the most prominent tournaments in the U.S., including the USA Pre-season and Post Season Nationals, Tulsa Youth National Championships, Liberty Youth Nationals and USA Kids and High School Freestyle/ Greco National Championships.  Coach Baucke’s two sons won a combined four TN high school state championships, both won the USA Southeast Regionals in freestyle while in High school and were USA wrestling All-Americans.  His younger son is currently competing for the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO.

Coach Baucke has previously been the TN State Kids and Cadet Director for USA wrestling and been the AAU West Regional Director.  He is currently the AAU State Compliance Officer.  Coach Baucke has been an integral part of the success that has been achieved by the CBHS wrestling program.

Garrett House -Head Coach
