2016 North Port Mustang Scholarship Information and Application
Thank you for your interest in a scholarship for your child(ren). The scholarship process has changed a little bit this year, as detailed below:
The North Port Mustangs will award 12 partial scholarships for the 2016 regular season. Scholarship recipients will be granted an award equal to 50% of the total cost of registration ($200 for football players and non-competitive Tiny Mite and Mighty Mite cheer team levels, $230 for competitive cheer teams). All awards will be selected via a lottery drawing in early July. Recipients will be notified promptly. We will be awarding ONE SCHOLARSHIP PER TEAM, which means a total of 12 partial scholarships. In the event that there are no applicants for a particular team, an additional name will be drawn for each available award, not to exceed a total of 12.
Parents will be responsible for the balance of the registration fee. All monies are due by August 1, 2016 unless prior arrangements have been made.
