Mason Youth Basketball

Mason teams will only be playing other Mason teams again this season.  Should be a lot of fun for classmates to face classmates every weekend!

Freshman and Sophomores will compete against each other in the JV division, and Juniors and Seniors will compete in the Varsity Division

Registration is now open and will close October 3.  

Fill out the roster form below and submit to the Community Center with payment.  Players can be added after the deadline, but the team fee must be paid by Oct 3rd.

The fee is $1,600 per team if you want the Community center to supply your uniforms and $1200 if you will be supplying your own BOARD APPROVED uniforms.

Team Roster Info:

Each team must consist of 10 player rosters (If you have less than 10 players after November 14th , players that are on the waitlist will be automatically added to your roster.*)

I would encourage any player trying out for the school team to secure a roster spot with a rec team, just in case they do not make the school team. 

We have a couple kids left out every year, because they did not make the school team, team formations are closed, and they did not have a spot secured on a roster.

Game Info:

Scheduling of games and practice times will begin in October.  Practices will begin in early November, and the season will begin early December. Games will be played on Sundays at the Mason Community Center.

*In the High School league, teams are formed by the coaches, players do not sign up as individuals and get placed on teams.  If a player just can't find a group of boys to join, we will put them on a waitlist, and if there are any rosters with openings after Nov 14th, the waitlisted player will be assigned to that team. If there are no openings, then the waitlisted players will go into a sub pool, but will not have a team for the season.  (sub pool is a list of players that coaches can call upon to help fill a spot during a week in which the team does not have enough players to play .)
