Registration Costs

2020 Registration Costs

1 Child - $90.00 (5 lottery tickets included in price)

2 Children- $175.00 (10 lottery tickets included in price)

3 Children- $240.00 (no lottery tickets for 3rd child)

4 Children- $305.00 (no lottery tickets for 4th child)

Please note: The registration fee does not include the $100.00 deposit that will be required upon uniform and equipment handouts. 

There will be a $100.00 REFUNDABLE deposit needed in order to receive equipment.  This check WILL NOT be cashed and will be given back to the parent upon return of all equipment in proper condition.

Required Documents for Registration

For ALL football players and cheerleaders the following documentation will be required for your child to participate.

  • A copy of childs birth certificate
  • The official registration form under the Registration Form & Important Information Tab
  • A physical that needs to be turned in prior to the first day of practice or else your child will not be able to participate until the physical is turned in.  Our new physical form is located under the Registration Form & Important Information Tab.  **We prefer you print and bring this form to your doctor to minimize the form given by the Doctor's Office.  We will also have copies available at our in-person registration**
  • A photo release form.
  • Parents code of conduct form
  • Cheerleaders have an extra form to fill out ( 2020 cheer comp.)

For all returning football players and cheerleaders, we have your birth certificate on file already & please follow the rest of the directions above!
