- The two time World Series champion has earned his spot as a captain in the NSWL. He brought home the World Series MVP last year in one of the most entertaining series in league history. Copani has emerged as a top pitcher in the league with his array of quality pitches. He has a very high baseball IQ and that translated to wiffleball. He went through a sophomore slump in 2014 but rebounded in a big way the following year. Not every player that turns into a captain can live up to expectations, but he is poised to have another great season.
