       "In order for an individual to step foot on a Outlaw field as a coach, we REQUIRE that they become Head's Up Certified.  On top of it being safe for the child and the game we love, it is the right thing to do.  Certifications last for one year and require our coaches to pass an assesment test before they receive a certificate of completion."
