1. Bases remain at 65 feet & pitching mound at 46 feet.

2. There is a 10-foot mark placed off first, second and third base.

3. The runner can take a lead, but cannot cross the 10-foot mark until the ball crosses the plate.

4. The runner is allowed to steal when the ball crosses the plate.

5. If a runner gets a running start in an attempt to steal before the ball crosses the plate:
PENALTY IS OUT.  No appeal necessary umpire will call runner out after defensive play stops.

6. If the pitcher attempts a pick-off, the runner can advance to the next base on the play.

7. Throws back to the pitcher are live.

8. Batters are out on dropped third strike but runners may advance.

9. Pitchers will not be called for balks but it will be called a no pitch.

10. Each team plays 9 defensive players.

11. Runners cannot steal home on dropped 3rd strikes or passed balls.

12. Teams will have a 5 run maximum per inning.

13. Games are 6 innings with a 1 hour 45 minute time limit.

14.  Big Barrels are allowed.

15.  Teams have choice of batting 9, 10, or the entire lineup. In the event of batting the entire lineup, if a player becomes injured and cannot bat it will recorded as an out each time their at bat takes place.

16.  Runners for pitchers/catchers are allowed(it has to be a player not in the lineup, or the last out recorded in the scorebook).

17.  Infield Fly is in effect
