REGISTRATION/PAYMENT PROCEDURE

1.  2016 TEAM ENROLLMENT Registration Fee is $2,100.00

2.  SYB Elite requires a $50.00 deposit for uniform processing by JULY 8, 2016

3.  SYB Elite requires Registration Balance by AUGUST 19, 2016.

4.  Any player that has not paid their balance in full by SEPTEMBER 3, 2016, will not receive their uniform and will not be allowed to participate in any practices or games until payment is made in full.  If payment is not made, uniforms will be released at the end of the season.

REFUND POLICY

1. If a player has paid their $50.00 deposit for uniform processing but has decided not to join the league after
JULY 8, 2016, NO DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED but you will receive your uniform at the end of the season.

2.  If a player has paid their $50.00 deposit and their balance due but has decided not to join the league after July 8, 2016, a Refund of 20% less of the balance due will be returned to you by check in the mail only.  

3.  As of September 1, 2016 NO REFUNDS will be issued to any player that decides to not play in the league.  If a player was injured while participating in another activity before September 1, 2016, the league officials require notification accompanied by a doctors note up to 5 days after the injury in order to proceed with the refund policy #2.

4.  There are NO REFUNDS ISSUED to any player that injured themselves after SEPTEMBER 1, 2016.  

5.  Any player that signed up with a team after AUGUST 19, 2016 is required to pay their team fee in full before the start of their 1st game on SEPTEMBER 3, 2016.
